Subaru’s hotly-anticipated WRX STi has just been spotted circling Germany’s Nürburgring, and our men in the trees at KGP Photography have captured a prototype both on- and off- track. If this mule is any judge, the standard WRX’s controversial mug has been reworked somewhat, with the egg-crate grille being broomed in favor of a mesh grille, and a more interesting front bumper cap and lower fascia has taken up residence down low. Flared fenders front and back add some much-needed aggression to the STI’s form, as does a rather meek rear wing. Out back, the
| prototype’s new rear bumper nicely exhibits a set of dual exhausts. |
