The Subaru
Liberty 3.0R was today named Australia’s Best Luxury Car under $57,000, by
Australia’s combined motoring organizations.
Cars were
evaluated by the NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAASA, RACWA, RACT and AANT against a broad
range of criteria including: on road performance, design, value and
functionality.
Subaru Australia
Managing Director, Nick Senior, said: “Premium Liberty variants including the
3.0R and 3.0R spec B now represent more than 40 per cent of Liberty sales.
“More than 13 per cent of Subaru owners are now spending more than $50,000 on
their car and that’s clear proof of the perception of Subaru as a premium brand.
“This luxury car award is further evidence that Subaru is increasingly
recognized as a manufacturer of premium cars.
“Our customer feedback strongly indicates that comprehensive specification lists
combined with Subaru’s reputation for safety, engineering and All-Wheel Drive,
make models such as Liberty 3.0R remarkable value.”
All Liberty models share an independent five-star ANCAP crashworthiness rating
for occupant safety.
Libertys also feature highly in retained value listings.
Mr Senior added: “We are honoured to receive this award from the motoring
organizations. |
