Forester X out-ranks rivals in

The Subaru Forester X
has received a leading four-star rating in a comparison published in the
motoring section of today’s edition of The Australian newspaper.
The Australian’s road test of the Kia Sportage ranks it against Forester
X, Hyundai Tucson and Nissan X-Trail ST, with the Subaru the only car to get an
overall four-star rating.
The Australian says: "Overall, Forester remains an enticing combination of
value, interior comfort, decent performance and above-average handling."

It also "offers
best-in-class five-star NCAP rating."
Forester’s overall four-star rating compares with three-and-an-half for the
X-Trail and three stars for the Sportage and Tucson.
